SEBA Administrative Control Panel Completely Revamped

Atlanta, GA — January 21, 2010 — nSiteful has launched a completely revamped administrative control panel for long-time client SouthEastern Bluegrass Association.

Over the course of more than a decade, nSiteful has been developing and maintaining the Web site of the SouthEastern Bluegrass Association (SEBA). During that time, nSiteful has gradually (with increasing velocity in recent years) added a number of features that allow association officers, volunteers and members of the public alike to add content to the Web site.

Bluegrass musicians, promoters and venues submit links, festivals and other performance information. Individuals and organizations join SEBA and renew their memberships online. For every type of content submission, an administrative module was created to allow authorized SEBA officers and volunteers to approve the submissions before they appeared on the public site.

Member organizations have Member Pages — mini-Web sites — which they maintain themselves. Association officers maintain the association's Web-site photo gallery. With the click of a mouse, SEBA's newsletter publishers import Web-site data into the hardcopy newsletter and generate mailing labels.

As a result, SEBA boasts one of the most robust Bluegrass Association Web sites in the country and enjoys operational efficiencies that would make national and global enterprises envious.

The one piece of the puzzle that was missing was a centralized and consolidated administrative system.

With the revamping of SEBA's administrative control panel, all of the administrative modules that have evolved over the years are now accessible through a single portal. Old modules have been updated, and all modules now share the same uniform interface. Most importantly, perhaps, a robust and complex multi-level user-management system has been implemented. This allows the "super administrator" to assign different privilege levels to different administrative users for different administrative modules.
