Roswell, GA — November 30, 2009 —
nSiteful Web Builders launched the first phase of the Eaton Academy Parents
Portal yesterday, November 29, 2009.
The scope of this first phase of the Parents Portal project has been to
make students' academic progress reports available online for parents to
view and download. In addition to dramatically reducing the labor and
costs associated with preparing and mailing these reports (as frequently
as every three weeks for some academic programs), Eaton expects to share
in the benefit of improved customer service with its families.
The project includes a robust, turnkey Content Management System (CMS)
through which authorized school personnel maintain the school's student,
parent, and staff databases and upload PDF versions of academic reports to
the server.
Future plans for expansion of the Parents Portal are already under
consideration and discussion.
