Athens, GA — February 28, 2008 —
Hailing from Athens, Georgia (the town Rolling Stone Magazine called
America's #1 college music scene), 3 Foot Swagger's sound is a fusion of
southern rock, funk, jazz and bluegrass.
While the band's five members (Jeff on guitar and lead vocals; Scott on
bass; Dave on guitar and keyboards; Charlie on drums and percussion; and
Jake on acoustic guitar, mandolin and vocals) haven't quit their day jobs
yet, they're attracting a sizable and loyal following and are playing
everywhere from private parties to the legendary Georgia Theatre.
The Web site for 3 Foot Swagger was launched on February 28, 2008.
"Working on the 3FS Web site has been a combination
labor-of-love
and
hopeful anticipation," says Jeff Cohan, founder and President
of nSiteful Web Builders. "Labor of love, because son Jake is a guitarist
in the band, and playing music is one of his very favorite things. Hopeful
anticipation, because son Jake is a guitarist in the band, and depending on
the parents for occasional financial help is one of his and our LEAST
favorite things. Wouldn't it be great all around if 3FOOTswagger became
the next great band out of Athens, GA?"
