The most common victims of this problem are nSiteful clients, and the most common cause is browser memory. In other words, your browser is probably trying to log you in with the username-password combination (also referred to as "the login") that works for your specific Client Area.

The login for the General nSiteful Guest Area is not the same as the login for your Client Area. Make sure your browser's username and password boxes are blank, and type in the username and password for the Guest Area.
