My company is not in the southeast. How could we work together without being able to meet?
Most of our clients find that face-to-face meetings are not necessary. (We haven't ever met some of our Atlanta clients, although we hope to someday soon.) We really we can do virtually everything virtually (using the telephone and e-mail). In addition, nSiteful uses Web conferencing to make collaborating with you easy and efficient.
Here are four Web-based tools we will use on our project together.
Client Extranet
Every client gets a password-protected Client Extranet on nsiteful.com where we store project memoranda, links to Site Traffic Reports, Help files, contract documents, etc. The URL to your Client Extranet is the only bookmark you'll need in the course of our project.
Staging Proto-Site
During the design and development stage, we will publish the Wireframe Prototype, design mockups, and the in-development Web site to a password-protected area on our server. Anyone you authorize has access to this proto-site — 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
Project Forums
If you have a committee for your Web project, we can create a private Project Forum on nsiteful.com to facilitate efficient threaded discussions about various aspects of the project.
Web-Enabled Meetings
At various times we may hold Web-enabled meetings for any number of individuals from your organization. These meetings (which require nothing more than an Internet connection and a Web browser) are very useful in the early design stages, when nSiteful has mockups to show you. Even if you're a one-person shop, these Web-enabled meetings can be more efficient than face-to-face meetings.
