The Project Proposal
Once we understand who your target audiences are and what you want
and expect qualified members of that audience to do as a result of visiting
your Web site, we develop the contract proposal.
Pricing Quotation
For some contracts, we will develop a preliminary Pricing Quotation
that serves as the basis for a follow-up meeting in which
we clarify outstanding issues. The Pricing Quotation
is a fixed-price quote that helps us establish the scope
and parameters of the project. We will explain all the
assumptions that make up the Pricing Quotation and answer
all of your questions.
Once pricing is agreed upon, we give you a Contract Proposal that spells
out every aspect of the project and establishes nSiteful's
and the client's roles and responsibilities. The Contract
Proposal even includes the fine print — all of which is written in common, easily understood language.
