The nSiteful Process
nSiteful Discovery
Whether we are building a brand new Web site for you or re-designing
an existing site, the first step is discovery.
Learning Your Business Inside Out
We'll ask lots of questions; if it seems as if we're trying to understand
your business or enterprise inside and out, that's because we are! We
learn who your primary audiences are. We help you identify their target
actions (what you want and expect them to do as a result of visiting
your site). We learn about your business processes.
Clients tell us that our insights into how they work — and especially
how they work with customers — are uncanny. We've been
told by some clients that we understand their businesses
better than some of their own employees do. And that's our goal: to
become an extension of your business during the course of our Web project.
How Long Does Discovery Take?
The discovery process can take from an hour for simple and small Web
projects to hours — or even days — for more complex projects.
Often, the process can be conducted virtually: by telephone, e-mail
and Web collaboration. Face-to-face meetings are arranged when geography
permits and circumstances dictate.
After our discovery meetings, we will be in a position to create and
deliver a contract proposal that is the blueprint for a winning Web
project.
