Judy Coates, CCRT

After more than 20 years of practicing physical therapy on humans, Judy Coates began applying her expertise to the animal world in 2004.
As a Certified Canine Rehabilitation Therapist, Judy currently offers K-9 rehabilitation services either at the homes of her clients or at her home in Hanover, New Hampshire.
Canine rehabilitation is a rapidly growing discipline in veterinary medicine. Because it is so new, dog owners and even some veterinarians have limited knowledge about the services provided by Canine Rehabilitation Therapists and their benefits. Judy's Web site will serve to market her services both to dog owners and veterinarians, and it will provide her clients with online customer service.
The site was launched on May 23, 2009.
Judy contracted nSiteful in early April to design and build the site. There was a relatively short window of time: Judy was about to be interviewed for a feature story in the Sunday paper, and her self-admitted long procrastination about establishing an online presence had to come to an end.
Judy and Jeff Cohan, nSiteful's president, are old (a terrible term, but accurate) college friends who reconnected this year through — you guessed it — Facebook. After exchanging a few Facebook messages sharing news of family and mutual friends, Judy broached the subject of the Web-site project. (Jeff wants to stress that he didn't push the issue.)
Because of Judy's tight timeframe, initial discussions centered around nSiteful helping Judy create her own blog Web site using one of the online services. The decision was made early on, however, to have nSiteful design and build a first-phase Web site from the ground up.
Using nSiteful's Project Forums, impromptu GotoMeeting meetings, telephone calls and e-mail, Judy was able to get her content to nSiteful on a timely basis and participate in Web-enabled walk-throughs as Jeff demoed changes in real time.
Future plans for the site include a blog, FAQs and Web links, and video.
Our key contributions: Strategic planning, structural design; visual design and production; HTML, CSS and PHP production.
