TeleAdvice, Inc., an independent telecommunications consulting firm based in Atlanta, Georgia, specializes in giving companies good "sound" advice on telecommunications issues that directly affect their business.

Dan Carpenter, a principal of TeleAdvice, was referred to nSiteful by one of our loyal customers. Like many of the small businesses who hire nSiteful, TeleAdvice had a "first-generation" Web site which, in the opinion of the owners, had outlived its usefulness and which failed to convey the quality and professionalism their services.

Following a growing trend among nSiteful's clients, TeleAdvice uses its new Web site not only as a compelling marketing vehicle but as a key ingredient of their customer service strategy. Check out the "Letter of Authority" feature in the "Policies" section of the site as an example. Future plans include a "Premium Content" area for paid subscribers and a "Job Ticket" system.
