Jeff Cohan, Founder and President

Jeff has been designing and building systems since 1983 and Web sites since 1994. In January of 2001, Jeff launched Best Foot Forward Productions, a full-service Web Design & Development firm that flourished under his leadership until his departure in December of 2003 to start nSiteful Web Builders.

Formally trained in liberal arts and education (he has a B.A. in Government from Harvard and studied Secondary Education at Rutgers Graduate School), Jeff has honed his skills in the communication arts and sciences as a teacher, trainer, instructional designer, writer, photographer, calligrapher, helpdesk manager, database programmer, and multimedia developer.

(He's also been a group counselor, waiter, bartender, bicycle messenger boy, computer salesman, carpenter's helper, financial analyst, and school board president.)

Helping small and medium-size businesses exploit the power of the Internet is an exciting challenge for Jeff. He says,

I have worked many years in the corporate world, and I have the utmost respect for large corporations that can successfully harness the energies and efforts of large numbers of diverse people. But I have a special affection for the small and mid-size business entrepreneur who often has to wear many hats, usually has limited resources, and can almost never leave the job at the office. It's incredibly gratifying when we can help the business owner use technology creatively and effectively — especially because we're able to offer our services so affordably.

Jeff is a fanatic about customer service. He takes pride in giving it. He hopes you'll have a chance to find out first-hand.

Jeff and his wife, Margie, are the proud parents of Sarah and Jake. In his spare time, Jeff builds Web sites and Web applications, plays guitar, and creates videos from over two decades of home movies. His current video project is an extended montage of people (mainly family members) asking him to stop filming them.

In addition to their nearly sixty years combined experience designing and building systems, Jeff Cohan and Ralph Smallman share a common approach which has made their own firms and those of their clients extremely successful: adding value with integrity and quality.

Rich Noonan Productions

Rich Noonan Productions specializes in network-quality video production. Rich is an 8-time Emmy Award-winning former news anchor whose production company produces promotional video segments. Noonan productions creates journalism style videos which are used on client Web sites and placed in sales and marketing pieces. Noonan Productions has offices in both Atlanta and Philadelphia. The company produces videos for companies all over the world.

nSiteful Web Builders and Rich Noonan Productions entered into a strategic partnership in January of 2008 when they met through a mutual client, Eaton Academy.
