You might never need to spend another dime above the base fee to launch your Libra Web site. But if you do need more help, you decide how much you need to use us.
Theme Customization
Beyond the basics of of helping you tweak your chosen theme, you might want further theme customizations. For example, you might have selected a theme whose layout (the geometry of what goes where) is perfect for you but whose color scheme is not. Or maybe you want the sidebar moved from the left side to the right. nSiteful will perform any and all customizations for you — and you "pay" for that work out of your bank of Retainer Consulting Hours (RCHs).
Additional Training
To supplement the Basic Training you get with the Core Plan, nSiteful can provide in-depth, guided, hands-on training in everything you need to know to build out your Web site and your blog and to administer both. (Our training sessions utilize Web-conferencing software which allows us to look at each other's computer screens; and mouse and keyboard control can be passed back and forth among participants.)
Ideally, training would be carried out in multiple short sessions — when needs arise.
In addtion to providing reinforcement for topics covered in our Basic Training, these training sessions can address any needs that arise related to special functionality implemented on your site or blog. Examples of special training topics include:
- the ins and outs of WordPress' Media Management system
- using special plugins
- supercharging your site with sidebar widgets
- and more...
Content Updates
Although the WordPress CMS interface is extremely user-friendly, you might encounter situations that call for the experience or expertise of a professional Web developer. Perhaps you want to arrange data in a tabular grid and cannot get it to work. Maybe you want to add a callout box to a page and don't know how to make it look exactly right. nSiteful is available in such circumstances.
Support
In addition to all that is described above, you will have 24x7 access to a Private Project Forum for your project. As an nSiteful client, you will also have access to the private Blogging Forum at nSiteful.com, for user-to-user support on blogging issues, supplemented by contributions from nSiteful personnel whenever possible.
We will establish and configure up to five (5) e-mail aliases which forward to actual e-mail accounts of your choosing.
